As Founder and Design Director Jason is a seasoned professional in the industry. After receiving his Environmental Design degree from Texas A&M in 2000, he worked for several well know architecture firms in Dallas and Orlando before starting Mohment in 2006. He is renowned for his ability to transform clients’ visions into reality and leverages his industry knowledge with 23 plus years of extensive experience in high-end residential, commercial, entertainment, hospitality, and healthcare design by using the latest tools and technologies to deliver exceptional design solutions.
Throughout his career, he has successfully completed numerous award winning projects in various sectors, showcasing his proficiency in creating captivating and functional spaces.

Ellie is an experienced interior designer and construction professional with more than 20 years in the high-end design industry. Her background in fine art, paired with her Graduate Master Builder designation from the NAHB, gives her a uniquely balanced approach, where creativity and an eye for detail are supported by her extensive knowledge of construction.
With a calm and collaborative style, Ellie helps clients clarify their vision and make confident design decisions. She specializes in thoughtfully guiding projects from early design development through construction to the final placement of furnishings and art. Her work centers on creating spaces that are not only beautiful, but deeply aligned with her clients.
TIM KRAFT

Tim brings 43 years of experience in all phases of architecture, including programming, design, project management, and construction administration. He is presently managing his own architectural practice. Current work includes interior renovations and small building projects for clubhouses owned and operated by Invited, formerly known as ClubCorp. His Project Management skills and work experience make him well suited for a wide range of project types.
He has worked closely with team members on a wide variety of projects, ensuring that the team committed to the project is serving the client’s needs. A strong advocate of knowledge, he believes that every project is a building block for the next and views architecture as a constant evolution and progression of experience.

Bekas is an accomplished Project Specialist at Mohment. With seven years of experience with the firm, Bekas specializes in 3D modeling, realistic renderings, construction documentation, and drafting. Bekas utilizes advanced technology to bring architectural designs to life.
Through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, he creates stunning virtual representations that accurately capture the essence of the intended design. In addition to his proficiency in 3D modeling and BIM, Bekas excels in construction documentation and drafting. His in-depth knowledge of architectural standards and meticulous approach ensures the creation of comprehensive and accurate technical drawings, ranging from floor plans to detailed construction specifications.

Adrienne is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design. She brings a thoughtful, research-driven approach to every project, combining her love of art and science to create spaces that are both functional and inspiring. Passionate about problem solving and meticulous about details, Adrienne is committed to design that has a positive impact on people’s lives. Her experience includes volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, involvement with professional design organizations, and studying design and urban planning internationally.
